电磁流量计是目前在工业生产中使用比较多的介质测量仪器之一，通过电磁流量计我们可以测量到介质的质量、流量等数据以分析生产过程是否正常。在工业环境中，电磁流量计一般应用于一些腐蚀性介质测量，所以在使用过程中需要定期对其进行保养维护，以确保其正常工作。

电磁流量计通电使用必须在电磁流量传感器充溢液体静止状态下调整零点。投入运转后亦要对于运用条件定时停流作零点查看;特别对堆积、易污染电极，富含固体的非清洁液，在运转前期应多作查看，以确定正常查看周期。沟通激磁方法的电磁流量计与矩形波激比，更易发生零点漂移，因而更要留意查看和调整。

在电磁流量计停机之后，需要先测量一下电极间的电阻，然后断开传感器与转换器间信号连线，测量仪器在充满液体后是否处于制造厂规定值范围内。每次测量的阻值都需要记录保存，可以作为以后判别电磁流量计传感器故障的依据。

After the electromagnetic flowmeter stops, it is necessary to measure the resistance between the electrodes first, and then disconnect the signal connection between the sensor and the converter, so as to measure whether the instrument is in the range specified by the manufacturer after it is filled with liquid. The resistance value of each measurement needs to be recorded and saved, which can be used as the basis for judging the faults of electromagnetic flowmeter sensors in the future.
